Orders ship from our Canadian warehouse. Most customers receive their package in 2–6 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We provide free shipping on all orders over $49 across Canada.

Are your toys safe for pets?

Absolutely. All our toys and accessories are made with pet-safe, durable materials designed to keep dogs and cats safe while they play.

Do the feeders require batteries or charging?

Most of our feeders are manual and easy to use—no batteries or charging required. We highlight this clearly in each product description.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email to follow your package every step of the way.

Why shop at Petsun.ca instead of Amazon?

Unlike big box stores, we design and engineer our own Designed Collection in-house, backed by real mechanical design experience. That means original products you won't find anywhere else, faster support, and a store built by a Canadian pet lover for Canadian pet owners.
