Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a free return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
