Data Deletion

You can ask Petsun to delete the information we hold from your messages and comments on Instagram or Facebook.

How to ask

1. Email info@petsun.ca with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Include your Instagram or Facebook username so we can find your conversation.

What happens next

We’ll delete your conversation records and related information held by our tools within 90 days, and confirm by email. Messages that stay in your own Instagram or Facebook inbox are controlled by Meta, and you can delete them in the app. If you have an order with us, we may need to keep order records required by law (for example tax records).
